The following are the questions we are frequently asked.  If you do not see an answer to your question below, please give us a call at 888-556-5563.

What if I am not satisfied with what I ordered?
If you are not happy with the CD or DVD packaging products that you ordered, we will be happy to exchange the items for another type of packaging or receive a refund.  To receive a refund for CD or DVD packaging purchased from us, or to exchange a product, the product must be returned in saleable condition, in the original shipping carton, return shipping pre-paid, to our warehouse. Any packaging return requires an Returned Material Authorization (RMA). Please contact us toll free at 888-556-5563 to request an RMA. 

What is your privacy policy?
We do not sell or share your billing or mailing information with any other company or individual.  We do mail our customers post cards or flyers regarding new products or sale items.  If you sign up for our email list, or check the box on the order form to be added to our list, you will receive a monthly email about new products and sale items. You can opt out at any time.

When will my order ship?
Orders received by 12 PM EST on business days (weekdays) are shipped same day.  Orders received after that time, on weekends, or on holidays are shipped on the next business day.  We will contact you immediately if we are unable to ship the next business day, prior to processing your order.  Check UPS Ground Transit Time!

Is my information secure / Is the ordering process secure?
Yes. All information required to process your order is collected using industry standard SSL encryption.

How Can I Pay for My Order
Credit Card Payment - We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. It is important that the "Bill-To" information match exactly with the name and billing address information supplied to your credit card issuer. Failure to do so will result in either the cancellation of your order or a request for further authorization (in writing via fax, etc.) prior to order processing.

Payment by Purchase Order - This payment method is only available to persons/companies that have pre-arranged for payment terms with Digital Document Systems..

Payment by Company Check- We will gladly accept a company check for the total amount of your purchase (product total + freight).
We do not ship COD.
We do not accept personal checks.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time we only accept orders to be shipped within the United States and Canada.

How will my order be shipped?
We ship most orders via UPS Ground.  The shopping cart system will calculate shipping and handling for ground shipments and the cost will appear when checking out.  If you select UPS Overnight, 2nd Day or 3 Day service we will calculate shipping and handling and call you for approval prior to charging your credit card.
